“It was a family gathering and we spent good time together regardless of the resort.”
The resort’s distinctive Hispanic design, lush garden, and renowned dining options were impressive, yet the rooms were pricey for what they offered. The air‑conditioning unit kept failing, and despite repeated technician visits the problem persisted, forcing us to switch rooms late that evening.
“Beautiful grounds and top notch restaurants but beware you end up paying for a lot of extra stuff which you take for gra”
Amazing choice of restaurants Beautiful lush surroundings Spacious rooms Top notch sports, gym and spa facilities Breakfast was fabulous. The pools general were small and overrun, difficult to find space. Had to pay to use other pools There is no adults only pool which you don’t pay for Even though it said no toys balls in pool it was full of them The children ran amok in the pools even in the private LPM pool and didn’t listen to staff - parents didn’t care. Dangerous behaviour by the kids - felt sorry for the staff who kept telling them not to. Should have some sort of action as it disrupted so many other guests - should be removed from the pool
“First and last time to visit”
The location and design were good, but the service, AC system, and overall maintenance were lacking.
“PÉSIMA”
From the first night the air‑conditioner never worked, and throughout the stay the staff could not fix it or offer any solution to the guest.
“experiencing the sophisticated spirit of Marbella”
Puente Romano Marbella offered a perfect Mediterranean escape: the location by the sea, lush gardens, and sophisticated yet relaxed vibe were all spot on. The vibrant Mediterranean plants in the gardens gave a tranquil feel while still being central in Marbella. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the lively yet elegant atmosphere throughout the resort. It’s a place where you can fully disconnect, enjoy the sea and surroundings, and savor exceptional dining while soaking up Marbella’s refined spirit. Our three‑night stay was absolutely delightful.
