The hotel is very comfortable and spacious, the mall is just a corridor away, the location is convenient. Jinji Lake is beautiful, breakfast has many options. The staff are highly trained, always enthusiastic and smiling. We had a pleasant stay, and we happened to be there for Mid‑Autumn Festival with a water‑dance show at Jinji Lake, it was nice! There were no dislikes this time, and I hope the next stay keeps the same level.

Beautiful hotel. I loved the spacious room with the swing and the lovely view of the city. It’s conveniently connected to the biggest mall in Suzhou. Nothing else to complain about.

The location was fantastic and the employees were very proactive, offering us comprehensive service and assistance, which suggests the hotel is run very professionally, but the facilities are a bit dated, particularly the carpet in the rooms.

The hotel sits in a great spot right by the lake and close to Suzhou Central Mall, making dining and shopping very convenient; the staff seemed friendly, yet their competence was lacking and they weren’t familiar with many details of the property.
