The place is well situated and easy to reach, and the metro is nearby, but the room is rather small with limited wardrobe space; for breakfast you must write down what you want on a sheet, and if you’re unsure of the amount you’ll eat you’ll be restricted, otherwise it’s freshly made on the spot; the bed isn’t very long for a 1.80‑meter person, so the feet overhung.

“Nuit passable avec un bruit de moteur récurant toute la nuit.”

The night manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming, always listening, and try to address guests’ concerns, but the daytime receptionist who checks in at arrival lacks professionalism; HVAC, cleanliness (even the carpets need changing), the main entrance is insecure (the door has no access code like a market), there’s a fridge with a mold stain at the back, bathroom corners need scrubbing, and the windows should have grilles; overall the hotel should be shut down and refreshed.

“Lovely boutique hotel in a great location”

The location is perfect and the boutique feel is lovely, though the rooms are small, which is typical for Paris.

“Location great and that's where it ends . Reminds me of faulty towers . Lift broken and very very small rooms”

The location was great. Very very small rooms very hard to get ready with luggage in the room . Also the lift broke and had to get our luggage down 3 flights of stairs . We also booked the same room as our friends paid exactly the same and they got a big room with a king bed and we got a tiny room with a small bed . Overall not a great experience
