Rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, and kitchenettes with microwave and fridge. On-site amenities include a restaurant, gym, spa treatments, steam room, minimarket, and bike rental. The hotel is 15 minutes from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo Bay and 20 minutes from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport.

The place boasts three well‑placed pools and is just a short walk from the beach, but Wi‑Fi is only available in the lobby, the elevator sounds like something out of a horror film, and overall the property doesn’t feel like a four‑star hotel.

The staff who greeted us were extremely friendly, showed us to our room and made sure everything worked; although check‑in was set for 4 pm, we arrived around 10‑11 am and they let us drop off our bags and settle in. When we checked out they kept our luggage safe while we went to the beach, and the reception gentleman was very courteous. I liked that the hotel is pretty, comfortable, close to an Oxxo, the craft market, the plaza and nightlife spots, and it’s very well situated. There are three pools, and the rooms felt pleasant with comfy beds, a fridge, microwave, toaster, dishes, glasses, cutlery, a grill, air‑conditioning, a sofa‑bed, etc. The place was clean and offered good value for the price. I have no complaints, had a great experience and would stay there again.
