The pool area was spotless and kid‑friendly, which was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were great. We’ll be back on our next family trip. The hotel is close to Sea World and other attractions.

Finding the property was super easy and it was clean. My girls and I loved it as a getaway, especially the theme and vibes. I had no problems with the property—it was all good.

The pool area is very nice, but it was far more crowded on this visit. Also, having the ice water available in the lobby is nice

The pool and Reef were such a nice place to relax, unwind for the day, and meet new people! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My closet door wouldn’t open, but that was a small thing compared to how safe and comfortable I felt!
