The location and staff were nice, but a water pipe burst between the first and second floors and they were busy fixing it.

The front desk team was just as friendly as the neighbors back home in Virginia—informative, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, though it could have been better; a few sausage links or Kielbasa would have broken up the usual sausage patties and bacon, and adding breakfast potatoes or hash browns would have been a nice alternative to meat. I liked the TV and the small fridge in the room, and the fresh‑baked cookies were a great daily welcome back treat. The best part of the stay was the staff! The mattress in room 233, the one by the window, had grooves or gullies and was the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on during my years on navy ships—flipping it over might help. We left trash in the room’s small bin; I thought my wife would empty it and she thought I would, so sorry!

Everything was perfect: the room, the location, the attention to detail when welcoming guests, and the breakfast where the cook was very attentive and explained how each homemade dish was prepared. Nothing to complain about.
