“Een fijn verblijf op een mooie plek”

The hotel sits on a beautiful spot at the edge of the Pyrenees, with the mountains and Toulouse both a good hour’s drive away. We stayed in a family room that was very comfortable, and the two rooms were linked by a middle door. The pool was a huge plus; the kids loved being in the water every day. Breakfast was good. However, some facilities didn’t work properly: the mini‑fridges in the rooms were broken, and the coffee machine could brew tea but tasted awful because of leftover coffee; a separate kettle would have been better. Also the shower water didn’t drain quickly.

My room was spacious and clean, which was a plus, but I was not prepared for how cold it would be in late September - there was no heating! I was a bit chilly, and I also noticed that the bathroom didn't have any heating either.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming, which really made my stay enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options, as there wasn't a salad available.
