This hotel was very good, with solid service, tasty food, and a clean environment; the spot is great. I definitely recommend it. The only downside was the lack of a play area for small children.

“Tolle Lage und Umgebung, freundliches und professionelles Team”

We enjoyed a stunning view from our room, the pool, and the gym. The sauna area, tennis court, and gymnastics program all pleased us. We ate very well throughout the week. The staff were overall friendly and professional, and we were even greeted by our family name upon arrival. The surroundings offered many great excursions, and the hotel gave useful tips. Because we stayed more than 5 nights, we earned the Silver Card Plus, which let us visit several local attractions for free. This isn’t a critique of the hotel itself, but if you book during school holidays like we did, be aware that many families are there, even though it’s a wellness hotel. We were there with children, but I deliberately didn’t book a kids or family hotel. This place seems especially attractive for families with 3 or 4 kids; I haven’t seen that many such families in any other hotel. That’s not necessarily negative, but some parents had a “laissez‑faire” attitude, and when four kids from the same family jump into the pool from every corner, the wellness vibe is somewhat diminished. Otherwise, the hotel was really great and we’ll return.

We were greeted warmly at all times, asked about our needs and how we were feeling. We felt completely satisfied and happy, and every wish was always met.
