The room had some nice bits, but that was about it. The service was seriously lacking - staff were pretty unfriendly, room service and housekeeping were a no-show, and the bathroom tap was on the fritz. Oh, and don't even get me started on the breakfast, it was disgusting.

Nothing went right here. They demanded an advance payment, which seemed shady to begin with. Then, they couldn't even provide rooms for our whole group for the entire stay. To top it off, their management didn't communicate well and I never got a refund despite trying multiple times.
