The service, coffee, and cleanliness were good, but the day was cold, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, they set up a heater that didn’t keep the room warm, the staff tried hard but didn’t solve the problem 100 %, and we paid full price with no discount even though the ad said there was air‑conditioning.
