The hotel is clean and well‑situated, and the breakfast is good. I asked for a room with a large window facing Kingdom Tower, but they couldn’t accommodate that; the washroom exhaust fan was also not working.

The hotel is clean, well‑maintained, and the staff are professional. The rooms receive only a small amount of water.

The front‑desk staff, Abdullah and Fawzia, along with the courteous Mr Rakan Al‑Ittifadi, were wonderful and very helpful—thanks for their kindness and professionalism. I was not pleased with the check‑out procedure: at 11:15 a.m. I was called to confirm whether I wanted to extend or leave as usual. The staff asked how many free hours I needed before departure (one or two hours), so I could stay until 2 p.m., but that call was somewhat annoying. I’ve stayed at ibis hotels in several locations and they always give me extra time at my convenience. This was the only issue, and the price of 31 Bahraini dinars for a one‑star hotel is very high—thanks.

“I always stay in Ibis in my visits to Riyadh it’s really nice hotel with great staff”

The hotel is nice and the service is great. Special thanks to Rakan, Amal, and everyone else for their hospitality. The rooms lack Smart TVs; it would be nice if the hotel could offer them.
