Very good location of the apartment, only regret is that there is no elevator, the stairwell is a bit neglected. The apartment is perfect for 6 people. I recommend it to everyone.

Excellent position with a direct view of the Cathedral. The apartment is spacious and equipped with a great air‑conditioning system. Check‑in was inflexible, with minimal availability and hospitality. We arrived on Sunday at noon, when all restaurants were closed. After walking ten minutes in the sun with our luggage to get from the car to the apartment in the ZTL, we climbed almost five ramps of stairs on foot. No one came to help us. Moreover, when I asked to move the check‑in a couple of hours earlier because of the heat, I found out that this request can only be met by paying 30 euros (cost not indicated on Booking). Still, after insisting a bit, I managed to get free entry to the apartment with a one hour and thirty minute advance. Other inconveniences I encountered in the apartment were reported directly to the host, who committed to fixing them.
