Great hotel location. Before arrival, no accommodation instructions arrived; we had to call ourselves for the PIN to enter. The photos of the kitchen in the selected apartment were misleading – the kitchen is shown in the photo, but it has no dishes, so it cannot be used at all.

The location. Having to wait on the street for 20 minutes for someone to arrive to open the door, plus very difficult access stairs. On the morning of departure, knocking on the door as a reminder that you must leave the accommodation.

Very well placed and clean. But many things are missing compared to unfulfilled promises. It’s not easy to get the door opened because there’s no code, and it’s complicated to reach the person who is supposed to welcome you. Breakfast is not included, even though it’s a bed and breakfast. The kitchenette is not equipped at all with utensils to heat and enjoy a meal for two. No pot and only one utensil… only one sheet without a blanket or duvet cover. No Wi‑Fi as promised. The breakfast terrace is no longer in use??? Overall very disappointing.

Nice accommodation in the historic center of Monopoli. I stayed in apartment Oceano. Communication with the owner went smoothly. Water in the shower cabin didn’t drain properly and the door locks didn’t work well. Everything else was perfect.

The location was good, but the staff never answered my text questions and told me dropping bags in cost extra; we sat at the bar watching the property with nobody entering or leaving, unlike other places that let you leave bags. The layout was inconvenient: the bathroom was downstairs, accessed through the kitchen, and the stairs were steep; there wasn’t enough space beside the bed to get in easily. Wi‑Fi was very poor, and the shower tiles had brown marks that could use a scrub.
