“Muy buen lugar”
The place was super clean and the location was spot on—everything looked gorgeous. I’d definitely come back again and again.
The staff were very friendly, and the location was convenient for catching the bus. It made the trip hassle‑free.
The building itself was well laid out and comfortable. However, the outdoor areas were messy and cluttered, with piles of debris and neglected park space. It’s a shame, especially since the area should prioritize nature—there were even remnants of a 500‑year‑old sequoia that had been cut down, and I’m not sure who in the ownership chain decided to leave it like that.
The room was comfy and the lake view was stunning, making the stay extra pleasant. The staff—Nacho and Camila—were attentive and helpful, which made a big difference. On the downside, the men’s bathroom had half the lights out, probably because of ongoing renovations, and the overall cleanliness of the bathrooms was below what I’d expect.
