I appreciated how easy the property was to locate, yet we were made to wait an extra hour and a half before checking in. The room was clearly unclean: new linens were tossed on a floor covered in dirt and hair, the bathroom had hair in the shower and sink, red soap or lotion everywhere, and the door wouldn’t latch properly. Both AC units failed—one blew no air, the other heated the room instead of cooling. The room had no curtains, so outside lights kept us awake. Breakfast was subpar: the eggs tasted like lemons and the waffles were undercooked.
