I’m back for the fourth time at Butterberg because I love it there – the hotel, the location, the quiet, the good food, and the friendly staff all fit my needs, so whenever I’m in the area I’ll keep coming back. I can only recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, service was quick, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful – the dinner was also very good.

The service was super helpful, even with many guests it stayed friendly and the restaurant had no waiting time, everything moved quickly. Great team, keep it up.

A solid hotel in a beautiful setting with very clean rooms. The restaurant food was okay, portions were a bit small. The breakfast didn’t match the otherwise well-run hotel – it was awful. When I arrived at 8 am, the leftovers were already being cleared. Hotels often have bad reheated rolls, but these topped everything!

Excellent service in the dining area and very attentive staff. The room was dated, with worn-out tableware, very soft and wobbling mattresses, and the pillow was just a lump. Dust motes drifted in the room, all for 101 € a night.
