I stayed for 6 nights and booked two rooms. I liked the location, the beach, and the sea pool, which was wonderful and very enjoyable. The water‑sports were great and free for resort guests (if you’re wearing the bracelet). The food varied throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with snacks available all day, plus coffee and tea. Cleaning was daily by Nepalese staff who were helpful. There were nightly activities for all ages organized by the entertainment department, plus special shows. The drawbacks: the bathroom was very small, especially during shower time; the room space was also very small. Would I try this resort again? Yes.

“Was convenient but the rooms could be more cozy and comfy”

The restaurant waiters were friendly and the Wi‑Fi worked well; the spot by the water was nice and the place is family‑friendly. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and there were no complimentary items like water or a toothbrush, and some staff weren’t proactive when I asked for registration help or concierge support.

I booked for five people—two adults and three kids—but when I checked in they demanded an extra €250 for the weekend aqua park, which wasn’t included in the package. It was ridiculous; be careful.

“Good location. Good aqua park. Okay beach. Poor food”

The location was decent, with a decent beach, and the aqua park was great for the kids. The food was cold and could have been better; my partner fell ill because of it.

“Die größte katastrophe”

The place was a disaster: 40 people got food poisoning, 11 of them from my family. After the infusion I received no written explanation of why I was given it, and many guests left early out of fear. Hygiene was a catastrophe—spiders everywhere in the rooms, toilets not cleaned properly, and the bed linens were dirty. Everyone, including my friends, suffered a food poisoning; the Bodrum health department was notified and actions are being taken. We’re in the newspaper (see attachment). I got an infusion today and feel a bit better, but no report was given, otherwise I would have had to pay €250, which I don’t have. My cousin paid €250 because he has insurance. I’ll send you his report, the newspaper article, and my video. I’ve been in bed for days.
