“Disorganizzazione generale”
The extra rating comes from the good location, even though the hotel is a bit hidden. Unfortunately, our experience was not positive. As a couple, we were told upon arrival that the dorms were not mixed, which should have been clearly stated on Booking but wasn’t; we should have known we’d need separate rooms in advance. The first night I was put in a staff room that had no curtain, and on the second night I had to change rooms entirely. The bathrooms were generally dirty, always occupied, and there was an incomprehensible mess overall. Moreover, people kept moving in and out of the rooms, making sleep difficult. The rooms had a persistent unpleasant odor. There are better hostels at even lower prices.
