It’s in a prime spot close to the central market in Armenia. Upon arrival, the reception staff were friendly and the premises were spotless.

It’s central, yet the rooms stay insulated from nighttime noise. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Whenever I visit Armenia for leisure or medical reasons, I stay at Toledo Plaza and plan to keep doing so. This time, though, I felt the mattress, though suitable for my back, seemed to be covered with a protective plastic that made noise when I moved.

The room is roomy and comfortable. It faces a street in downtown Armenia, so the noise from the bus stop right outside the hotel is loud. They charged an extra $25.000 for the pet, and the parking agreement only covers 8:00 pm to 8:00 am; any additional hours must be paid.
