Everything around the hotel was tidy and comfortable, and the manager was genuinely helpful, kind and friendly. I couldn’t spot any downside during my stay.

The scenery was beautiful, quiet, clean, and decorated nicely, and the hospitality was great, but it’s a bit far from the city center and you’ll need a car to get around.

The breakfast, though, was nothing like the gourmet spread advertised – just a few muffins, dry croissants, some fruit and packaged yogurt, which left us still hungry before a long trip. The owner kept things professional but wasn’t particularly chatty, and simple requests like an extra pillow went unanswered.
