Frankly the whole experience was very disappointing and caused me and my Partner stress and considerable anxiety at I time when complete rest was required due to medical conditions and disability. One member of staff was particularly rude and condescending and annoyed us completely. Our visit to Rome was therefore less enjoyable than we had anticipated. I will never book a B&B type hotel like this again with . It would have been better if we had booked a proper hotel even though the cost would have been more, because that way we may have had a far better experience. I also point out that in the small alley at the rear of the property leading to the entrance there were rough sleepers and the whole area was used as a public toilet which made the area a health hazard and made us feel physically sick. Sorry this is all so negative but you did ask
