Location in Silom. I asked and was told I could check in at 1pm. No staff present until 2:15++ despite two phone calls. No elevator, was on 5th floor. Wifi they give you did not work on 5th floor is a different network, and no staff around to help you get the right code Filthy brown bath mat disgusting in our private room. No water. I asked if there was bottles water or filtered tap in both English and Thai and I was told no. So no water at all to drink in the whole place??? I was told no water and laughed at. Toilet leaking. Gross big bar of used soap in the shower. Gross ugly curtains tacked to the windows so you can't even see the beautiful view. Weird vibe not social tons of smoke outside the door. And this was suppose to be the best private room of the place
