I was very disappointed compared to the photos; the rooms were very simple, not clean, and the wifi didn't work. The manager was just friendly.

This hotel's location is spot on, and the pool is a nice spot to chill out. Most rooms have a private deck, which is a bonus. There are a couple of decent eateries nearby, with the Burmese Restaurant being the pick of the bunch. However, I had a bit of a hassle with payment - they'd just started using a new system and my credit card didn't work, so I had to use an iffy portal or withdraw cash, which wasn't ideal given the ATM limits in India.
