I chose this place as a midway stop on my route from Croatia before crossing the Ukrainian border, so I could avoid rushing at night and instead arrive early in the morning. The location is great, close to a square with a lovely café where the owner gave us a discount—essentially the tip went into the price. The owner was very friendly and even waived the extra fee for our little moped (apparently a special exception for its cuteness). Parking is conveniently nearby and included in the cost. Definitely recommend it and would stay again if the chance arises. Nothing else.

The spot is very well situated, more than just a room—almost an apartment. The owners are friendly and attentive, and there's a paid parking spot next door. The breakfast is good and located nearby.

This family‑run guesthouse sits in the historic center of Eger, with all attractions a short walk away. The setting is beautiful, featuring a well‑designed courtyard, spacious rooms, and well‑furnished bathrooms. We slept in comfortable beds and everything was spotless. Our host Andras was very friendly and helpful, giving us a city brochure and map, telling us what to see, and recommending a great restaurant with a special discount, plus many small touches that made us feel at home. I highly recommend it to everyone.
