“Basic but good value”
I found the place very basic yet comfortable, and for the price it seemed reasonable; the location was convenient for Newmarket and the inner city.

The location was good and the place was very tidy, and the shower was great.

It was conveniently situated near local shops, a supermarket, and just a five‑minute drive from Greenlane Clinical Centre, and it was quiet. I couldn’t access TVNZ+ or ThreeNow to watch the news on the TV, though I enjoyed one night of Netflix.
Everything was great, close to shops, with lovely friendly staff, a clean room that met our needs, and the shower was terrific.
