Nothing good to say, but there were water leaks everywhere, it was dirty, the toilet was blocked, and the sink was blocked too; you had to slam the door to close it and the balcony door was stuck. I had to change rooms twice, and my family in another room did the same because of mosquitoes and humidity. It was a disaster; the food was horrible and looked nasty. I definitely won't return, and if it weren't for my mom's birthday I would have left on the same day I arrived. Just disgusting, not clean at all and not well maintained, and the staff was awful too—I nearly got charged twice at check‑in and the lady at reception didn’t even show me the price I was supposed to pay unless I asked. Just horrible from start to finish.
