The dinner selection was very limited and took too long to prepare; the restaurants were disappointing.

The garden was well kept and beautiful, but at breakfast the café had many children on scooters, disrupting people, and the noise was bad because it was holiday season. The hotel was packed. When I couldn't check out myself, my mother‑in‑law reported that the staff were somewhat rude, taking our bags from the luggage rack and demanding we leave.

“Estava mto bom”

I liked the service, the atmosphere, the restaurant, and the rooms – overall everything was very good. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only downside was that, since I had a child, the patio lacked a playground area with swings and other street‑play equipment for kids.

“Foi ok , esperava mais”

The restaurant was excellent, and they left a cute and tasty birthday treat in my room. I didn’t like that there was a monitor in the hallway with a bunch of kids running around and making noise – a hallway isn’t a place for that; the room should be for rest. The bathroom hair dryer didn’t work, so I had to get another one at reception. The parking attendant took my car, left it all dirty and covered in a white, bird‑poop‑like substance, and I had to clean it myself. I didn’t even get a chance to complain. If they charge almost 50 reais a day, they should deliver the car in the condition it was left, or at least clean it. I also disliked the lack of information about the optional tourist tax; nothing was written about it, yet they charged without telling guests, and when I asked for a refund they refused.

“Excelente”

The hotel was excellent, offering everything to relax and enjoy, with great facilities, an excellent restaurant and an impossible breakfast spread. There were activities for kids and a heated pool. I would recommend it highly. My only caveat is that there are many children; despite the sign, the reception should reinforce at check‑in to avoid hallway noise. At night the kids run around and talk loudly, and you can hear it inside the room.
