“A charming country inn, the way you want it to be”
The rooms, from the dining room to the halls to the bedroom, were as charming as one could imagine—clean, bright, flowery, and full of old‑world, country, and modern touches. The breakfast menu offered an extensive and impressive range, even including black pudding, all served with a smile. We only wished we could have stayed longer. The rain was a minor annoyance.
The couple was lovely, the breakfast delightful, and the location perfect for a bog festival. The reception on the television was not great, but that probably didn’t matter much since the Wi‑Fi worked fine.
