“Super schönes Hotel mit kleinen Makeln”

The location was amazing, the food was great, the rooms were very clean, the wellness area was beautiful, the gym was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The housekeeping staff were also friendly, though communication was a bit difficult. There was really nothing to complain about, just a few suggestions: the wellness area is top‑level but is managed like a local league; I wish there were enough sauna towels to change after each session, but there were no laundry baskets or spare towels, so I had to bring used towels back to my room and reuse them the next day, which felt a bit unhygienic. From the sauna you can walk across a wooden board to the sandy beach, which is great after a session, but when you return from the beach there’s no way to rinse off the sand. Instead, an old broom is placed in front of the door, and I don’t know what that’s for, so the sand ends up in the sauna area. It would be nice to have an outdoor shower. The physiotherapy team was a bit overwhelmed during our stay; if you’re working with people, you should be friendly, not unfriendly just because you don’t understand the system. Better communication between the reception, physiotherapy team, and guests would be appreciated.

The hotel has a great spa area, and the location is convenient for beachgoers because it’s right on the pier. The breakfast buffet was excellent. However, the hotel is poorly connected to public transport, which we didn’t like. Near the hotel there’s a bus stop for the free local bus, but it only runs once an hour, and not every hour, so you end up waiting again. In the off‑season this service isn’t available at all. There was no way to borrow an umbrella. During breakfast, food ran out several times and no replacements were offered.

“Jeder, aber empfehlenswert”

A quiet spot right on the beach, spacious room, friendly staff, tasty food, great sauna and spa area. The room’s color scheme (grey, brown) and the mostly dark pictures on the walls didn’t suit my taste for bright colors; my soul craves light hues.

The place is very nice and clean, and the pool area is even more beautiful. There were no issues.

The hotel’s location is very close to the beach, and the swimming pools are excellent. The room is very roomy, and the beach itself is beautiful and spacious. There is no air conditioning in the room, so many mosquitoes bite because the only ventilation is open windows. The food is not good; we ate breakfast but chose to eat the rest of our meals elsewhere, especially dinner which was very disappointing and a waste of food. During breakfast you have to pay extra for a cappuccino while there are cans of coffee wasted by the odd breakfast setup. The hotel is a long way from the nearest villages, so you’re dependent on a car or bike. If you want to reserve a beach chair, you have to do it early (days in advance) because the hotel has too few in its rental for the number of guests it receives. There is no beach bar where you can get something to eat or drink. The hotel itself feels warm and humid because of the wellness and pools.
