“Richard was awesome host, but the facilities are misrepresented by the pictures and reviews.”

Richard at the front desk was awesome! He was responsive, helpful, and great customer service. He made up for a lot of the roughness of the property. Also the air conditioning and hot water worked great. The view over the water was awesome. The facilities needed some tender loving care. A lot of maintenance has not been done. The bathroom door was about to fall off its hinges. Most of the electrical outlets didn’t work. Water would run out of the bathroom shower into the main room if not stopped with a towel to block it. During our stay there was no maid service: which was fine for us but some people might care. A stray cockroach in the middle of the night spooked my wife.

I like the view but I’m very disappointed because right next to the hotel there’s unfinished construction, though I understand it’s out of control. The room is nice but could improve. The staff is helpful.
