The tent itself was clean and tidy, but the BBQ setup was a bit of a letdown - it was just an electric hot plate. To make things worse, we had to pay extra for drinks, which was a bit of a bummer. And to top it off, we had to trek all the way to a separate sales area to buy drinks, which wasn't exactly convenient.

The BBQ dinner was absolutely delicious, but unfortunately, the rest of our experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The toilet had a weird step up, the outside of our tent was a bit grimy, and our dinner dishes weren't cleared until the next morning.

We loved that the ryokan had a glamping setup on site, and the surrounding woods made it incredibly quiet. Plus, we were able to see an amazing starry sky just a 5-minute walk away. The facilities were also clean and well-maintained. However, there was a bit of a hassle with lost items - since the glamping company is separate from the ryokan, we had to go through them to get our stuff back, which took some time.

The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The whole experience was a must-have Japanese experience that left a lasting impression.
