The staff told us breakfast wasn’t included in the booking, so we had to pay separately. Room service was terrible: the in‑room phone was broken and hard to reach reception, only one of three TVs worked and it showed only local channels, there weren’t enough cups for a cup of tea, and the Wi‑Fi was unreliable.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and offered a pleasant view, and its proximity to Fort Kochi made exploring easy. However, the reception staff were not very welcoming or helpful, service was limited, and it felt more like a self‑contained unit than a serviced accommodation with few facilities or amenities.
