The breakfast was good, and the room was mostly quiet; the heavy doors sometimes clanged when other guests opened them. Nights were very calm, but the view wasn’t great. Everything worked and was worth the price. I managed to sit in the side room for breakfast, which had a less nice view. The location was right in the city center, and the terrace view was nice. The buffet was almost empty by about 9 am on the first day, and I wished there were more choices of rolls. I also missed the typical Thüringer Wurst, which would have been nice to try as a regional specialty. Otherwise everything was available. The large breakfast room was quite loud and very warm.
