The hotel’s location was very convenient, surrounded by interesting buildings including the nearby Raffles Hotel. The room was cramped, and the shower water was lukewarm—no warmth at all.

The staff were very helpful and the location is central. The only issue was that the hotel’s bar was closed when we arrived.

They provided free snacks in the fridge and water refills, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For a four‑star hotel, the experience was disappointing: the rooms were tiny, our room had no window except for the bathroom, the shower pressure was weak, and there were no streaming services—just nine channels, three of which weren’t working.

The spot is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and a stone’s throw from the underground. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the bed was awful—bumpy mattress, terrible soundproofing, and you could hear everyone in the corridor, other rooms, even the next door shower. Light leaked through the door slits, keeping the room bright all night, and the A/C was a constant loud nuisance. For the price, the rooms were a huge let‑down.
