The hotel's proximity to my destination was one of its major advantages, making it an ideal choice for me. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a denied confirmation and being charged extra rates for my stay, which left a sour taste in my mouth.

To make matters worse, I had to book offline at an additional cost, which was a bit of a hassle.
