The room size and the location were real. The resort is very old and damaged, and the pictures don’t show the actual state.

The wireless network was very weak. In the reservation, a room for 6 adults was specified – we did not receive a room for 6 adults.

When the pools were available, they were clean unless algae were present; maintenance was performed the next day after user reports. The room was poorly cleaned, ants were everywhere, you couldn’t leave anything outside the fridge even inside its packaging, the air conditioner was irreparable by their technicians, the electrical system was dangerous, there was no wifi, no kitchen, paid services were not provided, no refund was issued, and I couldn’t sleep due to heat and lack of light. I spent my vacation looking for a better place.

The apartment was comfortable, a bit old, and not all rooms had air‑conditioning. The kitchen was pleasant to work in, and there was a good pool.

I found the place huge, but everything felt ancient and unappealing. We were given a two‑bedroom apartment where the only air‑conditioner was in the living room. When I saw it, I immediately asked the owner for a refund because nothing was to my liking. He refused, saying, “No, you can’t do it. Clarify with if you want,” and wouldn’t refund anything. We stayed anyway, and the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. On top of that, ants swarmed the bathroom, and another guest in the same apartment was bitten by bed bugs. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
