We had a fantastic anniversary getaway; the staff were super friendly and easy to work with, and they let us check out super late without any extra charge. The rooms were spotless and the environment was lovely. I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

It was beautiful and immaculate; nothing was lacking.

The facility was dream‑like and the rooms were very welcoming, but you need to know that you must call a phone number if no one is on site to check in or receive a code via a link; that didn’t work on our German phones, so it’s best to contact ahead to sort it out.

The spot is great, right by a little harbor, and we spotted manatees both in the evening and the morning. I expected a more luxurious room given the reviews and price, but the air‑conditioning was pretty loud. The place was very quiet, probably because it’s low season. Nobody answered messages in the app, and when we arrived no one was there. We’re international, so we had to set up an expensive phone call to get remote access to the room.
