They upgraded my room when I requested a mountain view, and it turned out excellent. Staff are amazing, and the room is spacious and clean. The only drawback is that non‑vegetarians don’t get breakfast.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfy, and the room was nice. Massages were top quality. However, there were no yoga or meditation classes, the spa’s jacuzzis were always closed, the sauna took a long time to heat up, and there was some noise until about 10 pm. The bedroom and balconies offered no view of the mountains or city as advertised—trees blocked it. Food was good, service was very good, and we especially appreciated Mr Pradeep’s attentive care.

The staff went above and beyond—adding an extra bed on short notice, ensuring our daughter had plenty of rabbit food for the bunnies, arranging a chaperone for our walk across the suspension bridge and the Shiva statue, putting on a magic show, booking a car to our next spot, and giving us a hot‑tub experience for everyone! We had a wonderful time at this resort—thanks a lot!

The property was well run. Because there were no other guests besides a group of six friends, they turned off the lights at night and the bar was empty, so we had to ask to have the lights on and to place a dinner order. Once we requested it, everything was set up since there were no other bookings.
