The house is small and cozy, located well for exploring Sidemen. Komang and his family are very warm and hospitable, always trying to help and make your stay pleasant. The breakfast was excellently prepared; thanks to Komang for his personal touch and loving family.

Our stop at KOMANG was incredible! The place is quiet, away from traffic, far from any passage. The accommodation is close to all necessary amenities (restaurant, market, laundry.). The rooms are clean, well cared for, and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfasts were also top quality! KOMANG, who speaks French very well, helped us rent a scooter, gave us places to visit, and arranged various boat trips. And most importantly, he taught us a lot about Balinese life and customs. We also did a cooking class on site with his brother. What a magical experience at Bien Dormir House.

I landed in Sidemen and the place felt like a warm hug from the locals, especially Komang who handled every detail for us. My friends were also there and he even arranged transport for them when needed. Everyone made us feel incredibly welcome, and I’d definitely return if I ever come back to Sidemen.

This spot is gorgeous and surprisingly affordable. The toilet was stunning, and the staff were even better—arranged a scooter driver for me and cars for trips to the next destination. Breakfast was delicious, and the cooking class was a must‑try.
