One of the worst hotel booking experiences I have ever had. I arrived in the morning expecting a smooth check-in, but instead, I was made to wait for 1.5 hours. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism, hospitality, and respect for guests’ time. After making a booking, customers should not have to waste their valuable time waiting for basic services. The overall experience was frustrating and disappointing, and the hotel management seriously needs to improve its check-in process and customer service. The only positive aspect of my stay was Lov Singh and Aarti, who were helpful and courteous despite the otherwise terrible experience. They deserve appreciation for their behaviour

“Avoid this place”

The night club in the hotel played loud music until 0400 AM every day. The walls shook, making it impossible to sleep. The first time in my life I had to put EarPods in to cancel the noise. The bed was clean, but the bath facilities were quite dirty. Breakfast offered only a few edible options.

“Overall stay was not pleasent”

The room was spacious and not crowded or noisy. However, the room was not clean, dusting was not done properly, the jacuzzi was not working, the food was not fresh, and apart from the complaints the kitchen staff ignored all the complaints.
