The location was close to the freeway and very convenient. The AC was too loud and didn’t work properly, the bathroom fan was noisy, and the head shower dripped onto the floor, leaving it wet. The shower towels were too small.

I didn’t like anything. The service was terrible.

The room was very clean and had no funky odors.

They entered my room and touched things without permission, even though I had a “do not enter” tag on the door, and they won’t return my deposit. The reception staff were very rude and arrogant. The treatment they gave us was unacceptable.
