The bed, bathroom, and room were nice, practical, and clean, yet the room key card wasn’t in the key safe at the agreed time and there was no toilet available while I waited.

The room was nice, but the rest was unsatisfactory.
It was a decent overnight stay for a layover thanks to the cheap rate, but I had been there before and this time it fell short. No staff were around, and the hotel was also used for sheltering, which felt odd if you’re not aware of it.
Parking is available at the property and I could access the room key, but noisy guests on the ground floor were a nuisance.
