La atención del personal, nos permitieron quedarnos 1 hr después del check out, instalaciones muy bonitas y amplias. La alberca estaba súper sucia, íbamos con la intención de pasar la tarde y al verla decidimos no meternos y regresar a la habitación. Estaba llena de bichos y el jucuzzi igual y frío :( deberían de prestar más atención a eso, por el precio se espera poder disfrutar de esta área del hotel

We picked this place mainly for its heated pool and jacuzzi, but they never turned them on. The staff kept promising they'd be ready or would move us to the sauna, but nothing ever happened. If you’re hoping for those amenities, don’t book here.

The breakfast was fantastic—especially the warm Mexican bread. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The décor, plates, silverware, and drinks were all beautifully presented, and everything else was just as impressive. The room’s black tub and outdoor shower were great, too. I asked for extra coffee capsules and was told I’d be charged; that felt a bit pricey for a hotel like this, but I didn’t mind.
