The location is excellent, everything is comfortably reachable within a few minutes on foot. The house’s air conditioning was great; the AC was in an intermediate room, so both rooms had indirect airflow and the cold air stream wasn’t disturbing. The house is absolutely safe. The only small issue was that I had requested cotton bedding instead of plastic at booking, and that didn’t happen.

A perfectly good little accommodation. There is indeed a slight distinctive smell inside, but it’s not from smoking; it’s the lingering scent of a broken stove on the wall, which isn’t unpleasant at all. The place can easily be called a two‑room setup. What they call a living room is actually a lockable room with a sofa bed, perfect even for two older kids. Rovinj’s city center is a walking distance away. If you walk to the beach in the morning, you can see the fishermen. The garden is nice and tidy, full of Mediterranean plants. You can see the sea and part of Rovinj’s old town. There is a private parking lot with a gate in the courtyard next to the property. The sleeping rooms have mosquito nets on the windows, so you can sleep even with the windows open. You could bring your small dog, which is an extra plus. The beach or the dog beach is about 20–30 minutes on foot. So we drove to Cuvi beach, where there’s a free beach with parking (if you arrive on time). The accommodation is a bit higher than the beach, so walking back can be tiring (not for us). Just a suggestion: maybe a grill or a pot for cooking in the garden for those who don’t eat out every day (or fresh fish from the fishermen).

Delicious and very spacious apartment, located in a quiet area yet just a few minutes on foot from Rovigno’s center. It has a beautiful garden that offers great privacy. The owner was extremely kind, at our service for any need.
