The hotel is clean and centrally located, with easy access to the most important locations. There is a feeling of peace when my family enters the hotel. Whenever I am in Jeddah I will lodge in this hotel again. Nothing

I like the Hotel in General, with nice big rooms. The toilets were spacious and were very neat and clean. The staff was very polite and were very professional. _Check out time was very strict and extension in check out time was for a price. I paid extra amount for it. _The swimming pool was closed due to maintenance and was not informed during the booking time. However the staff offered us, if we need this service, we can go to another hotel of same owner. but practically its not possible to go to another hotel that is 20 min away just for swimming. _one of lift need maintenance as it was make a very loud noise. _The room was not equipped with Microwave. (rest kettle was provided) _sofa in the living room was old and its sponge/ cushion was compressed/ sunken
