“Room service on line not working all in all not the quality of other Novotel hotels”
I was disappointed that the check‑in was handled by an automated system while the staff were still at the desk.

Getting to the airport was quick and easy, and the only thing that could improve the stay would be a hand‑wash bottle at the sink instead of having to lean into the shower cubicle to get it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great—just a short walk from the airport, across the road from the shipping centre and a 24‑hour supermarket, but the double beds felt too small.

The hotel was very close to the terminal and the restaurant was pleasant.

Access from the airport and Dfo was straightforward, and the morning airport shuttle was convenient, but the restaurant menu lacked excitement.
