A very, very friendly host couple who took care of each guest every day, offering tips and advice for activities. The breakfast was excellent and wishes were fulfilled. Definitely recommend. I could only give 10 points; I would have liked to give more. Best regards to Florian and Patricia, I’ll definitely come back.

Warm, personal welcome from the hosts. You feel like you’re coming home to good friends. The hotel and rooms are very lovingly arranged. Highlight the delicious breakfast—getting up early is a must. The only downside was that I had booked only two nights and had to drive home again.
A small fridge was nice.
Two days of nonstop rain pushed us to add two sunny days in South Tyrol for balance. After a quick search on Booking, the Pension Florian in Burgeis caught our eye because of its many positive reviews. We were very excited! In short, we were truly impressed. The breakfast is excellent and extensive—especially the homemade jam. Florian is a wonderful host who cares deeply about guests’ well‑being. He’s a bit mischievous, but that makes him very authentic! And most importantly, the value for money is spot on! It’s great that it rained for two days; otherwise we would never have discovered this unique pension. Thanks, dear “Weather God”! Two suggestions for improvement: 1. A kettle in the room! 2. Make the outdoor area a bit more stylish! But note: this is high‑level whining!
