“Okay but with room for improvement”

The hotel has many newly renovated areas and overall feels good; the staff were genuinely kind. It sits close to the train station and main sights, and the room comes with free bottled water. However, the outdoor space isn’t very walkable, the rooms lack windows, and some cleaning could be better. The biggest issue is that the doors are thin, letting in every noise from outside, which is irritating—something that should be fixed in a hotel, not a cheap hostel.

We felt the advertisement over‑promised, and the front window was insecure and could fall out, yet we still enjoyed our stay and saw the dirty back streets of Delhi day and night as a group.

“Rude staff, very loud location”

The staff show very little respect and fail to acknowledge guests. The location is poor, the staff attitude is bad, the price is high, and they don’t listen to guests.

The building is solid, and the staff are attentive and friendly, helping with luggage and airport transfers—10/10 for that. The photos online looked much better than the actual room, so it isn’t a bargain; the price matches the quality you’ll receive. I’m not writing this to hurt the place, just to share my experience of high expectations that weren’t met.
