A flawless 10/10 experience! From the instant I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and ready to assist at every turn. フロントスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。まるで日本のように感じるほど丁寧な接客で、日本語が上手でした。充電コードが壊れた際に貸していただきとても助かりました。また、部屋の机が壊れた時も迅速に対応してくださいました。スーパーで買ったお土産が多すぎて、急遽段ボールに詰めて持ち帰ることにした際も、力になってくれました。重いスーツケースも運んでくれたりと、本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございました。
