“我很满意”

The front‑desk lady was very attentive and patient. At first we were given a first‑floor room that was too damp, so we asked to switch and she helped us patiently. The location is very close to Pub Street, so eating and exploring the night market is convenient. There’s a little yellow dog at the entrance that comes back every night, haha, and I slept like a bagel 🥯 – it’s so cute. The mattress was a bit too soft for me and made me feel tired; it seemed not all beds were that soft. Later we moved to a honeymoon suite on the second floor, and that mattress was also too soft.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. The pool was great and the location was excellent.

“Avoid at all costs.”

I booked this as a solo female traveller for my first time in Cambodia. On arrival, I was told the room I had reserved was not available. I was shown an alternative room on the ground floor that was extremely dirty and where the balcony door would not close. I immediately pointed this out and was taken to another room. The same thing happened in the second and third rooms. The manager who was escorting me acknowledged that the balcony doors were not fully closing in any of the rooms. Despite being worried about mosquitos and lizards, my biggest concern was my safety and I wasn’t willing to stay. I called and the manager also spoke to them and confirmed the issues. He confirmed I could book another hotel and they would reimburse me the difference via refund to my bank. Instead of that, they issued me with credits which I am trying to resolve. As for the hotel, of course I do not recommend it. This was the first time I have ever had to shift hotels. It was a horrific first 4 hours into the country (that's how long the whole process took).

“Great location”

The room was spacious, the spot was great, and tuk‑tuks were easy to find.

We were treated very well and given everything we needed. The honeymoon room was large, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches. Overall, some maintenance was missing.
